This ArchiMate diagram models the business functions involved in each of the organization units identified in the previous diagram, and their inter-relationships. The model will help you identify the area that requires transformation. For example, duplication of business workflow and functions in the existing baseline architecture, or the need of new/re-engineered IT services in supporting the operation of certain business function.
