Cr – Capability Roadmap

The Cr Viewpoint supports the Capability Audit process by providing a method to identify gaps or duplications in capability provision. Cr indicates capability increments, which are derived from delivery milestones within acquisition projects.

Usage

The intended usage of the Cr includes:

• Capability phasing.
• Capability integration planning.
• Capability gap/surplus analysis.
• High-level dashboard for acquisition management.

Creating a Capability Roadmap matrix

To create a Capability Roadmap table:

1. Click on Capability Roadmap in the Action Artifact area, and then select Create New Diagram.
2. Type the diagram name and press Enter.
3. Create a new row of capability.
4. Click on the cell of the Capability column and select a Capability. Capabilities are defined in C1.
5. Click on the cell of the Capability Increment column and select a CapabilityConfiguration to provide the Capability. CapabilityConfiguration are defined in SV-1.
6. Set the start and end date.
