The Sr Viewpoint supports the Service Audit process by providing a method to identify gaps or duplications in service provision. Sr indicates service lifetime evolutions, which are derived from delivery milestones within acquisition projects.
Usage
The intended usage of the Sr includes:
- Service phasing.
- Service gap/surplus analysis.
- High-level dashboard for acquisition management.
Creating a Service Roadmap table
The Service Roadmap shows the In Service and Out of Service dates for a set of service specifications.
To create a Service Roadmap:
- Click on Service Roadmap in the Action Artifact area, and then select Create New Diagram.
- Type the diagram name and press Enter.
- Create a new row of Version of Configuration.
- Click on the cell of Version of Configuration column and enter a name.
- Click on the cell of the Service Specification column and select a ServiceSpecification to assign it for Version of Configuration in specified time frame. ServiceSpecifications are defined in S1.
- Set the start and end date.
